Kevin was absolutely spot on with diagnosis. This problem started 14 years ago with the builder going cheap and undersizing the unit, with a 2 ton unit. We purchased the house in December of 2013, no AC needed in December. In July of that year we had a hot streak in the hundreds, upstairs rooms were 92°, builder cam back a tried to fix it on the cheap. With the excessive heat this year 2024, it was unbearable, we called Kevin, he came out advised us what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the problem once and for all. He brought his crew out on Saturday and they were very nice and professional! When they were done Kevin spent an extra hour double checking everything. Today it is 73° upstairs and a cool 72° downstairs. That has never happened since we have owned this house. Great job Kevin and thank you very much!!!

Best experience I've ever had with a repair! It was 90+ degrees on a Sunday holiday weekend when my AC started making an awful noise. He wasn't able to fix our issue because our system is so proprietary, it required an OEM technician. But he was straightforward and did all of the inspections that he could in order to make his visit worthwhile. He gave us good recommendations on the problems with our ductwork.
